Amazon SCREWS the POOCH!

At what point, does a business dropping the ball while holding your money, cross the line and become fraud and abuse? 2x? 3x? 4x? in the same week? How badly must their warehouses be running to screw up this many times SO CLOSE TOGETHER? I would fire ENTIRE WAREHOUSE TEAMS, over this much error and mis-shipment. This is Close to 1000$ in mis-shipped/damaged products, and the damage was intentionally hidden to make sure I would accept the package. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON AMAZON!?
