Young Greenlanders learn emergency skills at training camp

Young people in Greenland are being trained in military and emergency preparedness under a program developed by the Danish Armed Forces in cooperation with the Greenlandic government. The Arctic Basic Training program, launched in May 2024, is open to residents of Greenland and aims to boost preparedness and resilience in the vast Arctic island.
