Tips for chronic long term insomnia (frustration)

My tips for this issue after about 10 years of sleep problems, insomnia and poor sleep quality/rest. How to deal with it long term, how do deal with the frustration. This video does not talk about having to wake up in the morning for work/school/tasks
Other than what I mentioned, more rare causes for sleep disorder can be sleep apnea, poor breathing through nose or dry nostrils, illnesses such as kidney disease, caffeine even in the morning can cause sleep issues on some persons.
