Is home ownership a bad investment? Adam says yes

I wanted to do something a little different today. Adam Sosnick has stated, on The PBD Podcast, that homeownership is a bad investment. In an effort to step away from the toxicity of political commentary for a moment, I will be diving into the numbers of Adam’s argument. While this is in NO WAY intended to be one of typical “calling out” videos that I see so often, I do want to present my reasoning as to why I disagree with Adam on this topic. I am a huge fan of The PBD Podcast and all of the personalities on the program. I am simply amazed at the fact that someone with Adam’s track record would not see the inherent benefits to purchasing vs. renting. Keep in mind I am NOT a financial analyst/advisor, and this video is NOT intended to give financial advice to anyone for any purpose.
