Can You Use Weights To Deal With Grief And Improve Mental Health?

Hey Y'all! Here is another Back and Bicep workout. The workout consisted of pull ups, Yates rows, dumbbell rows, V Bar pulldowns, incline cable pullover, concentration curls and incline dumbbell curls.

This workout was filmed a little while ago. It was a hard day and I was dealing with loss and grief. I remember the day well...unfortunately. But exercise helped me to deal with things in a much better way!

I didn't feel like my body was ready to handle my normal workout. Keeping the intensity (proximity to failure) high and the volume (total number of sets) lower was the way to go. Hopefully, this will help you to modify/change your workouts as needed to respond to your body and your mental state.
