Obama says we "have an actual humanitarian crisis on the border"

During a speech on June 30, 2014, about border security and immigration reform, the then-president readily admitted that America was facing an "actual humanitarian crisis."

"We now have an actual humanitarian crisis on the border that only underscores the need to drop the politics and fix our immigration system once and for all," he said at the time.
