9/15/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Always Collecting Every Face, Car, Building Everywhere

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

The other international group associates and I are always collecting and sharing every face, vehicle, and building from anywhere and everywhere. Our international group members are local, national, and international. There are many cities and countries in the international sphere of influence. We do not keep things strictly local as that would be small minded and self limiting to only the "minor leagues". Have some more ambition, huh? Go big or go home!

Doing all of the video and photographic information sifting alone is such a work intensive task. Working harder is what ignorant, unimaginative, and ineffective people do in anything they do. Working smarter is what the intelligent people do by making things easier for themselves by globally scaling upwards. Hundreds and thousands of other international groups and their members is much more effective at human eye ball, computer, and AI artificial intelligence information sifting for repeating patterns and other information extraction and sharing. Doing everything by oneself is very masochistic. It's very inefficient.

That means all these video images will be dissected into different components and studied like a laboratory specimen before it is packaged, labelled, and tagged for passing off to the other global groups and their associates.
