Old Patterns and Fears are Rising to be Seen and Aligned

Stay aware and calm in this energy. Allow yourself to see and release old fears, old patterns, and old beliefs and behaviors. It’s uncomfortable and may be helping you to release and let go of control as well. Deeper into surrender, but also awareness, and making intentional and heart centered choices and decisions. Communicating from the heart with truth and compassion, kindness and respect for yourself and others.

It may also be taking you deeper into your fears, and that is just about deeply surrendering control and the need for certainty. Let go. Trust the divine. Breathe. Follow only your inspiration and intuition. Have no fear.
