BE PART OF THE SOLUTION: OVERCOME EVIL WITH GOOD

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY FRIENDS!!!
I'm gonna be completely honest everyone and tell you right now that my heart has so many emotions running through it with what happened to Charlie Kirk it's not funny. Pastor Greg Laurie said something very interesting on this yesterday, in that we as believers even though we may not have met Charlie, this death hits us rather severely, because it is a brother in Christ, but also it is an example of the evil that we see in this world today. I don't know about any of you, but up until this past week I’ve thought of modern-day martyrs as being those that are murdered for their faith in other countries. I've never seen it here in America before until now, and I will tell you right now it deeply disturbs and angers me. What disturbs me and angers me even more, is how the left is glorifying this man's death, they're outright gleeful over it, and when they're held accountable for their speech and their actions, they get mad.

But in the meantime, what are we supposed to do about it as believers? How are we supposed to respond to this act of evil, while still representing our savior? That's why I really love these verses from this morning's devotional, and what Paul under God's guidance is saying about this matter, and I feel very led of the Lord today, to share some things in regards to this through this vlog tonight. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that they will stir your heart to want to be part of the solution and not the problem when it comes to evil.

Let me tell you right now guys, evil is lurking everywhere, and we need to be on our guard against it. Peter himself said in I Peter 5:8 that we need to be on our guard, but also at the same time we need to follow what this verse I posted above states. That when evil is aimed at, dumped on, or physically put on us, that without being doormats, we respond with blessing. That we give our anger to God and let Him avenge whatever wrong has been done to us at the hands of a wicked person. I think it starts with as Winn Collier stated so very well today, that “We can overcome evil with good in whatever way that God has put into our hearts.” For Charlie's sake that's what I asked God to help me do, and I hope that's what you ask God to help you do as well.
