Scotch Eggs
Ingredients
Eggs(head-boiled) 5, Chicken Prices(boneless) 200 Grams, Carlic Paste 1 tbsp, Black Peppercorns(crushed) 1tbsp, Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp, Refined flour 2 tbsp, spring onions 2 stalks, Eggs(beaten) 1, Breadcrumbs 1 cup, salt to taste, oil 4 tbsp, Tomato ketchup, mustard paste for garnishing.
Method
Grind all ingredients except oil & breadcrumbs in a chopper. Spread litter mince on palm; place egg in the center; cover with more mince. Repeat process with remaining eggs. Coat with egg, then breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a work; fry cutlets; remove. Cut vertically in to halves; place on serving dish. Garnish scotch eggs with mustard paste and tomato ketchup; serve.
