Borderlands 4 has released to amazing numbers on steam, however, the reviews have tanked tremendously due to awful performance on the PC platform. Now CEO Randy pitchford has informed everyone that Borderlands 4 is a premium game for premium gamers, meaning if your PC is too old and you are too poor, this game isnt for you.
