Federal employees to rally in Covington, calling for end to government shutdown

Federal employees will rally Thursday to call for an end of the weeks long government shutdown. Over 100 employees from the Internal Revenue Service and other federal agencies will rally at noon outside the IRS Service Center at 301 West 4th St.
