But a little less is fine with these because these are so fking intense, "I can taste drowning," and "I see stars" is how I describe my experience, haha 😄

This gives a crazy good stretch, and it's a much better alternative to the standard plank once you pass the beginner stage. They also can help your posture a little bit I've found in my experience.

The key is to keep your elbows straight and try to go as far down as possible so you're parallel!
