PM Modi Inaugurates Combined Commanders’ Conference in Kolkata, NSA Doval, Rajnath Singh Attend|N18G

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday inaugurated the three-day Combined Commanders’ Conference at the Eastern Command headquarters of the Indian Army in Vijay Durg. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval also attended the crucial meeting. Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan and the three chiefs of the Indian Armed Forces were also present. The conference brings together the nation’s top civil and military leadership to exchange views and discuss strategic, institutional, and operational priorities. The theme for this year’s conference is “Year of Reforms – Transforming for the Future.” It is also the first such conference since the success of Operation Sindoor, which was launched in response to the Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 people lost their lives.
