Holy sht ..you guys aren't gonna believe this because I sure can't..somebody finally took it to court, won and established the case law...so I need you guys to do your thing and help me figure out if this established case law really is true or not... please share with me what you guys can find...but be careful,, Tictok gave me a strike for sharing it on that platform as fast as I posted it
