#HEFPodcast - Episode 103 - So, What's Next?

The moment I knew Charlie Kirk had been shot, I couldn't believe it. I have disagreements with others, and we don't see eye to eye, but to see someone shot and killed for their words and ideas - well, it's one of the darkest moments in American history.

I say this because the real threat is the heat of the moment. The reaction to this event is already a worldwide reaction. The response to this horrific murder is vital.

We must understand freedom and rights.
We must be articulate.
We cannot be idle.
We must avoid excessive force.
We must stand resolute.
We must love truth and fact.
We must always understand our true mission.

Mission: Protect Parents' Authority over Educational Standards. To protect Home Education Freedoms. To empower parents to self-govern.

What we as the Home Education Parents of Florida must do:
We must get involved in local politics.
We must be involved in the school boards.
We must be speaking up and out.
We must declare and promote parental authority.
We must declare and promote self-governance.
We must be WATCHFUL over the LEGACY, and protect home education from those looking to profit and control.
We must seek FACES and HUMAN INTERACTION.
We must WELCOME newcomers to Home Education, and SHOW THEM HOW WE'VE BEEN SELF GOVERNING.
We must speak life into the tired.
We must speak encouragement into the scared and fearful.
We must speak HOPE to our mothers.
We must speak CHALLENGE to our Fathers to be alert and watchful leaders.

We must be LIGHTS for the BENEFITS of our FREEDOM and SELF GOVERNANCE.
