DUT Professor: Current Failures Cannot Be Blamed Solely on Apartheid

Professor Fulufhelo Netswera of Durban University of Technology argues that South Africa’s present challenges — including poor education, high unemployment, and decaying cities — should not be attributed solely to apartheid.
