9/14/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) My Associates & I Found Some PERPS @ Tillicum Centre

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Today, I met up with some of my other associates and we found some more organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators to collect and add to the international perp collections all over the planet. The various perps will be enjoying their internet fame like all the other gangstalking perps and collaborators before them, and after them.

The main video images of this video are from the Tillicum Centre shopping mall and the Tuscany Village shopping centre. My associates and I thought that we should mention those two locations so that any gangstalking perps and collaborators can spend to future of their lives wonder who we recorded and shared internationally, and we won't tell anyone exactly all of the ones we shared. We may tease a little and only mention one or two that we shared to get everyone interested. It is like selling any kind of addiction, the first sample is for free, but the others will have to be paid for.

The main part of this video is the Tillicum Centre shopping mall. Those video images are the ones all of you should be looking at closely. Focus on the blond guy with the glasses, black hoodie, and looking like he is unsure of himself as he does not seem to know what he was doing. He had no clue what food to order in that Saigon Char Boil Vietnamese restaurant as he was clumsily loitering around and trying to blend in as he was ordered by his gangstalking perp handler to go there to pretend to be a knowledgeable customer. My associate was watching that clueless fake pretending guy and signaled me to start recording him as him sat down in one of the chairs. The second East Indian female perp was later loitering around by the front doors and checking her phone for perp handler messages too.

There were other perps in this video inside the buildings and outside the buildings, but my associates and I will not point them out openly. The dark and secret unknown makes for a much more potent psychological weapon. We like to make all of the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators feel like they are playing some form of Russian Roulette. We then sit back and watch them, record them, and share them internationally to many others.

I was in contact with some of on international group associates and some of my faction of government/corporation official and politician friends. We talked about various interesting things.
