So here I am, oriented towards a new reflection, dully dressed in all its complexity! So I will leave out for some time, questions related to my famous "Letting go"!

To tackle this really central topic...I am referring to solitude, or, what I would rather call... dispersion! Yes... I mean here... the dispersion of energies. It always happens unexpectedly, in the life of all individuals..!

And it is much more than mere solitude!
And here, I think more specifically, of people arriving to their retirement or people who find themselves unable to participate in the life of their society around them and who must find ways to link their livelihood in a routine that has lost all its markers.

Where, everything has to be started over again! That...is dispersion of energies!
