Gay men In Woman's clothing, sometimes known to medically remove their testicles, and opt for an elective surgery implanting fake breast, & an open wound between their legs which attempts to create the illusion of a vagina.

This wound has to be maintained with a cylindrical device in order to keep the wound from healing (closing)..

These surgeries do not alter their sex (gender) nor make them female outside of appearance; which more often than not fails to achieve that illusion; even after all the fake bumps, and holes are in place.
