It's Not About The Coffee by Howard Behar - Review

It's Not About the Coffee by Howard Behar is a short book about leadership, Starbucks and putting people first in an organization. I like so many watching / reading this have probably had Starbucks tons of times. I have always looked at it as a nice though soulless corporation. During the reading I thought "am I reading yet another celebrity with a semi interesting book?" Though, the book grew on me and I could feel Mr. Behar's passion in his craft. He truly cares about his time as international president, Starbucks, coffee, their employees and costumer experience. (Though lately I cannot fit Starbucks into my budget...)
