Qatar's Prime Minister says his country will continue mediation efforts despite Israel's attack on its capital.
The revelations came as foreign ministers of Arab and Islamic countries convene in Doha, ahead of an emergency regional summit on Monday.
The meetings come almost a week after an Israeli attack that targeted Hamas negotiators, in a residential neighbourhood in Doha on Tuesday.
Qatar's foreign ministry says it will be looking for a collective response to "deter Israel".
