come up w/ yer own mantra, damnit

i must sound so ungrateful
i hate trite cliches
i get the sentiment but i also get annoyed by these mantras
life is a gift but it is also very taxing
cliche slogans arrogantly recited in order to induce guilt trips
you can appreciate things w/out being some robot automaton
*the long form of this thought was if the world is an illusion then delusion is the solution n apparently genZ came up w/ a shorter version of this sentiment called delulu is the solulu
people don't value creativity, society makes this blatantly obvious
how could you not be dumbfounded lookin around this place
i have always been dissatisfied
i don't expect much if anything at all
everything is guaranteed to fall apart
a system can function if the people that sustain it are stable
i always hope i'm wrong but i hardly ever am
sheep will never listen to a non-sheep
i don't blame em that much, they're outta touch w/ their spirit
yawl don't seem to be having too much fun
i ain't self-destructing like i used to
if you figure out yer own method they can't do that much to ya
everything will just keep getting shittier n shittier
i just wanna help em, that is why i do this
this world is death n you can't tell me otherwise
