📖 Description (Chapter 17)

Chapter 17 — Shraddhatraya Vibhaga Yoga, The Yoga of Threefold Faith

In this chapter, Krishna explains how faith (shraddha) arises from the three gunas — sattva (purity, harmony, wisdom), rajas (passion, desire, restlessness), and tamas (ignorance, confusion, darkness).

Our faith determines our worship, food, sacrifices, austerities, and charity — shaping our destiny itself.
Sattvic faith uplifts, rajasic faith binds, and tamasic faith degrades.

Krishna then reveals the sacred principles of Om, Tat, Sat — the eternal designations of Brahman. When actions are performed with these — awareness (Om), selflessness (Tat), and truth (Sat) — they become pure and liberating. Without them, even rituals and sacrifices lose meaning.

✨ The message is clear: As your faith, so your life. True faith, rooted in sattva and guided by Om, Tat, Sat, transforms every act into a step toward freedom.
