Sunday bonus round for super nerds (or those desiring to be nerds). I've only watched it once and will have to go back and watch it again (for sure!). It's high level.
But stick with it! Even if you feel lost - you have to see the end!
I got lost in the sauce a couple of times on this, but they did a good job of bringing me back.

Why dinosaurs could have been gigantic. Why people could live almost 1,000 years (going down, and down, and down). And how the universe could be created in 6 days.

I believe we could literally judge the age of it all by studying The Word of God and the ages of man (lived to) as it decreased!

I love this stuff. I also failed every math class except geometry. However I also didn't do well in biology and physics in high school and aced them in college soooo....You never can tell when you're ready for it.
I learn by immersion it seems. The same happened to me with the bible, the Word of God.
I've found best for me is just to dive in, struggle, immerse myself in something and let it wash over me.
One thing sticks, then another, then I connect things together...refine, etc.

I will try to give a few pointers to get you started-as best I can understand it.
ZPE - Zero Point Energy, energy which has been discovered on a massive scale when a vacuum's temperature is lowered to absolute Zero (super cold, super-duper cold)
-Quantum mechanics. Quanta a fancy way of saying "a packet of information."
-kind of the same way information is carried over the internet in packets from one place to another. It can make up the message of an email - or a 3d environment for gaming.
-In quantum mechanics the packets - which make up the physical world we can see or feel - are carried on light (1 / 137 ; ore (Hebrew Or-ay) ; the "constant of light" ; Jesus Christ the light, "Let light be" (Genesis), the way the truth and the light).
-Photons, light carriers - therefore data carriers

Zero Point Energy contains millions upon millions of tiny little vibrations way smaller than atoms. These vibrations bump the qunata and atoms on their way charging up the atoms with energy.
Because of all the bumping on it's way it slows them down.

You can think of it kind of like volts and amperage. You can have a TON of volts going through a cord - but the amperage (or amps) are the HIGHWAYS of how many volts you can get at one time - the highway.
The channel of water down a river.
Tons of water can travel down a river fast (the volts) but on a narrow river only so much can go through at one time.
Now on the mighty Mississippi a TON MORE fast moving water goes through at one time because it is so much wider (the amps).

What they're saying here is that the ZPE (the bumping and slowing down of the information sent) was far lower - far less bumping on it's way means far more energy getting (information) through.

Light is slowing down, the universe is slowing down. Zero Point Energy is increasing (more bumping) means less information is getting through.

Another way to think of it is "Plinko." Lol, remember plinko? The Price Is Right? Take a ping pong ball and drop it in the plinko slot- it bumps and bounds, and jumps on it's way down - it takes a bit of time to the bottom. That is what is happening more and more now.
Now take that same ping pong ball and drop it outside of the plinko on it's own. It drops straight down fast. Bam, straight down - that is what it was like before.
This affects time itself.
So the universe could indeed have been created in 6 ACTUAL 24 hr days we would call today.
Another way to think of it, and I know it's difficult because it is almost backwards is -
the tape or film before, back with Adam and Eve is the tape was being played in slow motion but at 4k, or 8k, or 200k (lol, or whatever higher Godly resolution). Now they weren't MOVING in slow motion, just more was getting done. Or almost seeming to stand still.
NOW the tape is speeding up but it is only at 720p, or 480p. And as the film goes faster the resolution goes lower and lower.

Now the really important part of all this-
Your salvation depends on absolutely NONE of this! Lol.

Except to say....
trust in the Lord,
in all things.
When He says six days-
He means six days.
Whether you (or I) understand it or not,
trust Him.
He has NO reason to lie to you (us, me).
He has nothing to prove,
He's proven it all.
He is a Father, a literal (our LITERAL) Father.
And He wants the best for us.
Believe on Him and you will become wise.
"They" don't want you to know this.
When we break the commandments - we diminish our own power.
We are only hurting ourselves, because "our power" comes from Him.
From Father, from Abba, from God Almighty.
It is not a matter of slavery or subjugation.
It is a matter of wanting the best for us.

I just adore watching Him work.

Claim your salvation through Jesus Christ.
And claim God's power over sin.
Claim your power over the world without taking from the world-
and come out of it.
Walk above the water, and keep your eyes on the Lord.
Don't just believe,
even demons believe,
DO.
And I pray you are better at it than I ever was.
