It’s FINISHED! Our brand new BBQ Shelter is ready — and it’s a total game-changer for our cooks here in the UK. 🇬🇧🔥

As you know, it rains… a LOT here. 🌧 And without this, we’d be cancelling cooks, soaking cameras, and risking soggy ribs. But now — with a solid timber frame, corrugated roof, proper chimney/flue, LED lights, lanterns, and even a Husky beer fridge — we can fire up the smoker all year long.

👉 This means more BBQ videos, more authentic cooks, and more fun shared with YOU.

Inside this shelter sits my pride and joy: the Franklin Offset Smoker 🇺🇸. Handmade in the USA, weighing 600 lbs (300kg), it’s the gold standard of stick burners. While pellet grills like Traegers are brilliant for set-and-forget, I wanted to go old school — managing a live fire, feeding wood, and learning the craft of offset smoking. It’s more work, but it connects me to the food in a way I love.

This shelter isn’t just a cooking spot. It’s a family space. A place where Nakita, Elana, baby Alissa, and I can gather, film, laugh, and bring you along for the ride. Every penny from this channel goes right back into making content for you — and this project was built thanks to your incredible support (and the hard work of my good friend Mark 🙏).
