Comedies Can Be Funny Again | Marlon Wayans Says Scary Movie 6 Will Offend People

Scary Movie writer and star Marlon Wayans said recently that the upcoming sixth installment to the franchise will risk offending people.

In recent years comedies coming out of Hollywood have, frankly, not been very funny because the people working on them would either have some agenda to push with it, or otherwise not risk offending people for a joke. Marlon Wayans says Scary Movie 6 will be poking fun at everybody and will likely offend some people that are overly sensitive. This is a step in the right direction for Hollywood since this shows they will let creatives do their thing.
