There seems to be something strange times coming in October from what I have read This Is Powerful🔥

What a powerful shift it is to realise that others don’t bring out in you what isn’t already there.

Once you grasp this by distancing yourself from the impusle of blaming others, of justifying the way you feel or act by their behavior, then you are finally ready for a big shift.

You will no longer see triggers as a burden, as something to avoid, but rather as an opportunity to understand yourself.

The fact that an unconsious pattern has made itself visible is a blessing. It’s a priceless opportunity to bring awareness to a dark place in you and the light of awarness will dissolve it, but here is the catch.

Awareness is by definition neutral, impersonal, with no agendas. If you look at the triggers with the intention of removing them, it won’t work, you will simply add more resitance to your psyche.

So whenever you feel triggered, don’t immediately give into the desire to remove it, to judge it as an unwanted event, but simply stay aware.

All you are required to at that moment is to take conscious breaths, let the breath bring you back to your body (where emotions latch on) and let it naturally calm the body, bringing you once more into that neutral calm and simple presence that you really are.

The more you come back to yourself instead of being dragged by that trigger, the less power it has.

You simply observe and allow those bonds to naturally reintegrate the fabric of the universe.
