Hey y'all! It is time for a leg workout.

I remember reading articles from and watching videos of Joh Meadows years ago. I like a lot of his ideas and thoughts on training. So, we will heed some of his advice and start today's workout with leg curls. Then we will move on to squats, RDLs, leg extension, sissy squats and some calf work.
