Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we look into the sufferings of the believer for the cause of Christ.

Over the past 28 years since the Lord saved me and made me His own, I have heard thousands of sermons, read many books, and visited many churches. What is striking is the similarity in the messages.

No, not the message of the gospel of Christ but the messages focused upon the comfort of the believer and sinner. The messages goes mostly like this.

God loves you and want the best for you. He feels your deepest pains and regrets desiring with all His loving heart to give you a fresh start. If you have problems in life, Jesus is the only who can fix them. Come to Jesus today my friend and watch Him work everything out.

That's today's gospel. What an absolutely perverted gospel which really isn't the gospel at all, well at least not the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Everything that was said is unbiblical beginning with the ridiculous declaration that Jesus loves you. Will you please listen to the Holy One of Israel.

Psalms 5:5 (NKJV)
5 The boastful shall not stand in Your sight; YOU HATE ALL WORKERS OF INIQUITY.

Psalms 7:11-13 (NKJV)
11 God is a just judge, And God is angry with the wicked every day.
12 If he does not turn back, He will sharpen His sword; He bends His bow and makes it ready.
13 He also prepares for Himself instruments of death; He makes His arrows into fiery shafts.

Psalms 21:8-13 (NKJV)
8 Your hand will find all Your enemies; Your right hand will find those who hate You.
9 You shall make them as a fiery oven in the time of Your anger; The LORD shall swallow them up in His wrath, And the fire shall devour them.
10 Their offspring You shall destroy from the earth, And their descendants from among the sons of men.
11 For they intended evil against You; They devised a plot which they are not able to perform.
12 Therefore You will make them turn their back; You will make ready Your arrows on Your string toward their faces.
13 Be exalted, O LORD, in Your own strength! We will sing and praise Your power.

Friends, that's the problem with a perverted gospel. It can never stand up against the truth, God's word is truth. It cannot saved nor redeem neither does it offer the sinner what the sinner truly needs, which is life and the forgiveness of sins.

What a travesty!

Today's study is 1 hour and 18 minutes in duration. I have broken it into seven segments. This is segment 1 of 7 titled Why is Satan still allowed access before God's throne? Part 1
