Why so many interviews, and so little hiring?!

Video 578 Companies seem to love interviewing people way more than actually hiring people in 2025.
Why is this happening? Well for starters they really don’t know how to interview to get the people they want, are afraid to make decisions, and then don’t often have the hiring authority without going through terms of red tape.
Stop wasting everyone’s time, if you’re ready to hire, pick the best person available and move forward. It’s not a perfect science anyway.
