"Confessions" from camp guards were often obtained through torture, beatings, and threats against family members. This makes them legally worthless.

The tribunal frequently accepted hearsay and anecdotal testimony as fact, which would be inadmissible in any proper court of law.

Key documents were likely forged or misrepresented. The revisionist argument is that the Allies manufactured a narrative and then selectively presented "evidence" to fit it, rather than conducting a genuine investigation.

This is Germar Rudolf's primary field of expertise. A chemist by training, he and other revisionists (like Fred Leuchter) argue that:

No forensic proof of homicidal gas chambers was ever presented at Nuremberg or has been found since.

The alleged gas chambers at Auschwitz (now presented to tourists) show no chemical traces of Zyklon B residue on the walls, which would be scientifically impossible if they were used for mass gassing.

The engineering and design of the chambers are wholly unsuitable for the claimed purpose of mass execution, lacking proper sealing, ventilation, and drainage.

The official narrative relies on eyewitness testimony (which is notoriously unreliable) while ignoring the physical, chemical, and architectural evidence that contradicts it.

4. The Numbers Were Inflated for Propaganda

The infamous "6 million" figure was presented as a fact without rigorous demographic evidence. Revisionists like Dr. Walter Sanning (The Dissolution of Eastern European Jewry) have used census data to argue that Jewish population losses were far lower and were primarily due to famine, disease, and displacement during the chaos of war, not a systematic program of extermination.

5. The Legal Precedents Were Invented

The charges of "crimes against peace" and "crimes against humanity" were retroactively applied. The defendants were charged with crimes that did not exist in law at the time they were committed.

This violates the bedrock legal principle of nulla poena sine lege (no punishment without law). The trials were, in essence, legalized lynching.

Rudolf's New Commentary : His new focus on "jewish suffering" while blaming Germans and Christians is a severe red flag. It suggests a deliberate attempt to steer people away from the Judeo-centric nature of the hoax and towards a safe, intra-Gentile conflict.

This is a common trajectory for dissident figures. They start with hard-hitting, system-threatening analysis. Once they gain a platform, they are either coerced or persuaded to redirect their audience's conclusions into a dead end that doesn't threaten the real perpetrators but using books analytical power of the book while completely rejecting Rudolf's misguided conclusion. The evidence he himself presents leads to one logical conclusion: the Holoh narrative is a Jewish psychological operation executed against the Gentile world, with Nuremberg as its foundational myth. To blame Germans is to blame the hypnotized patient, not the hypnotist.

While Rudolf provides the forensic and legal debunking, the true nature of the tribunals can only be fully understood through the lens of Talmudic/Kabbalistic thought. The trials were not just legally corrupt; they were ritualistic.
