1 - The 'ego's worlds' holds nothing that you truly want.
2 - There are two way you can see the world, one is through Love's lens, one is through the ego's judgment-centric lens.
3 - If you are lacking peace and joy you are viewing the world through the ego's lens.
4 - All the ego's tools chain you to its mindset and world.
5 - Judgment, anger, resentment, shame, guilt, worry, anxiousness, stress, are all ego tools.
6 - The ego never delivers peace to your mind and joy to your heart.
7 - Conscious deny the ego's tools your time, focus and energy and they will begin to dissolve from your life.
8 - The only purpose of the ego's tools are to learn that you do not want to react with them.
9 - You are God's creation and thus are meant to see this world through God's, Love's eyes.
10 - The heavenly mindset or the hellish mindset are both available to you in any moment, just a simple choice away, free will.
11 - Who is the you who is living in the world, you as the ego defines you, or you as God defines you. There is who you think you are and who God created you to be, enjoy and share.
12 - Mistakes simply call for correction, not punishment.
13 - Learning what you do not want is as useful as learning what it is you do want.
14 - You will always experience what you value. What you value becomes a greater part of your life.
15 - Choose not to value the ego's tools and they will begin to diminish from your life.
16 - Your worth is not establish by the ego's world, it is established by God through your creation. Your inheritance is your worth.
17 - To enjoy your inheritance, you must choose to use it, share it and thus enjoy it.
18 - When you use the ego's tools you imprison yourself within its mindset and world. Recall you hold the keys to your prison cell.
19 - Salvation is how to release yourself of the ego's thoughts and mindset.
20 - Temptation is anytime the ego is trying to have you use its tools.
21 - Ask yourself "what do I want?" the ego answers, then ask yourself "what do I Really want?" that's when God answers.
22 - Practice letting go of all the ego tools that you do not want, that do not bring peace to your mind and joy to your heart.
23 - Anywhere where your pain supersedes your peace, let it go, through compassion, forgiveness and understanding.
24 - The only purpose is to learn the purposelessness of the ego's tools.
25 - Your true purpose is to bring, in each moment and interaction, is to bring light into the darkness.
26 - True freedom, is when you see this world like God does, like He create you to see and share this world.
27 - All your past except its beauty is gone.
28 - Learn to rise above the world. Learn to rise above the ego's battlefield. See your life through a higher lens and place, aligned with the mind of God.
29 - Remind yourself in each situation: I am here to be a light in this world. What expression of Love can I be now.
30 - When in doubt. stop. step back. humble yourself. Invite God in. Ask Him what to think, say and do. Then think, say and do only that.
31 - What is your holy purpose: to represent Love/God on earth.
32 - You belong at one with the mind of God. This is your natural state of mind.
33 - When uncertainty strikes. Stop. Breath. Align with Love. Choose once again from the state of love.
34 - Ask yourself: Is this judgment/conflict/chaos really worth more to me than my peace of mind and joy.
35 - Forgive and you will see this differently.
36 - Light the way to peace for others by choosing peace yourself.
37 - Place the world in Good's hands and you will have peace. This is true rest, true peace.
38 - The news is just an ego maintanence device.
39 - Learn to practice doing the opposite of what the ego demands.
40 - Do what brings you peace and you will have peace.
41 - Support the thoughts that brings you peace, let go of the thoughts that don't deliver you peace.
42 - Pray for those the ego would have you condemn so that you can have peace.
43 - The world the ego shows you holds nothing that you truly want.
44 - Protect your mind throughout the day. Don't allow ego thoughts to live within you rent free.
45 - Learn to deny the ego's commands to judge and fear.

1. The world you see holds nothing that you need to offer you...

2. Each thing you value here is but a chain that binds you to the world...

3. Escape today the chains you place upon your mind when you perceive salvation here...

4. Let nothing that relates to body thoughts delay your progress to salvation...

5. Today we practice letting go all thought of values we have given to the world...

6. Pause and be still a little while, and see how far you...

7. Give it ten minutes rest three times today...

8. Protect your mind throughout the day as well....
