Job 18:10–14 shows the trap that God sets for the Devil:
“The snare is laid for him in the ground, and a trap for him in the way.”

Satan will gather the nations against Israel, thinking he can rewrite history. But it is God’s trap. He draws the Devil and his armies down to Jerusalem, only to meet the King of Kings.

When the resurrected, glorified Lord Jesus Christ shows up in majesty and power, the Devil, who once claimed he feared nothing, will tremble — tail between his legs, shaking in his boots. His strength will be devoured, his confidence rooted out, and his schemes destroyed. Every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
