Winters Gibbet

"Winters Gibbet" from the forthcoming album "Zodiac" by The Critical Sin, written by the band and performed by lead vocalist Ian Hardy, Sooky tune based on the true story about William Winter has was hanged in 1792 in the North of England for a gruesome and brutal murder, his corpse was then left to rot on a gibbet at Steng Cross on the moors of Northumberland, the gibbet still remains today long after Winters body decomposed and disappeared.
