Hit & Run Escalated In When A Woman Struck A Family's Vehicle & Fled

A hit-and-run incident escalated in when a black woman struck a family's vehicle and fled. The father followed to obtain her license plate, but she stopped, exited her car, and pointed a gun at his 14-year-old son, who was recording, and himself. The father was able to disarm her.
