Along with speakers from Planned Parenthood and Trans groups, Katie Wilson was among those whose remarks touched on 50501 Seattle's latest publicity effort to bar and disrupt the Christian Tour from last month by Sean F, saying the effort was a part of representing underrepresenting groups akin to how the group here portrays women as being underrepresented under an current Trump administration.

Katie Wilson in particular emphasized more lightly on the topic but nonetheless is competing with Mayor Bruce Harrell who sparked outrage from Christians after the scene of antagonism and outright violence/disruption by Black Bloc and Trans activists sparked an official FBI investigation into the incident especially after Bruce condemned the speakers and Christians who relatively were kept to themselves.

While Bruce has since toned down and even congratulated Christians for a cordial celebration last August, speakers and others have not backed from rhetoric especially in light of a mass shooting being directed at Catholic Christian school children and church goers in the wake of a shooter professing Christian hate.

Much rhetoric matched similar vitriol that has been made at those trying to celebrate these last few months including with Revive Faith Ministries and others from around the Seattle area touring to promote Christian upbringing and education.

After her and many other speakers came up and finished, reporters from Seattle including Jonathan Choe (who's covered the homeless drug epidemic throughout Seattle and leftist violence against parents rights groups with Frontline USA) asked rather routine questions about her record after she has been said to be endorsed even at his inquiry of those that claim otherwise.

She sought to avoid questions, and many of her staff even scuffled and ran interference for her to avoid questions from news crews independent of any press corps she displayed from nearby staff. One signature gatherer even pressed and looked ready to spittle and press further against Jonathan Choe and others, but the Mayor Candidate left soon after before anything escalated.

This was taken at Seattle Waterfront Park near Pike Market in Seattle, WA on September 7th, 2025.
