Boil 2 packs of Indomie noodles for 2 minutes or until they reach your desired texture. I like mine a bit chewy, not soggy!
Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Prepare the seasoning:
In a separate bowl, add: 1 chopped red pepper A handful of chopped spring onions 1 small shallot, diced
Indomie seasoning and sauce
1 tsp gochugar (or regular chili flakes for extra spice)
1 tsp dark soy sauce
Lots of lime juice (adjust to taste)
4-5 minced garlic cloves
Heat 2-3 tbsps of oil in a pan. Add the minced garlic, saute until fragrant, then pour the hot garlic oil over the spice mixture in the bowl.
Combine everything:
Add the noodles to the bowl and mix thoroughly until well-coated.
Top with more spring onions, cucumber, and a squeeze of lime and enjoy! ♥️
