Garlic Butter Indomie

Ingredients:
2 Indomie packs
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 fresh red chili (optional)
Handful of chopped chives
1 tsp dark soy sauce
Indomie seasoning (taste maker)

For garlic butter paste:
8–9 garlic cloves (or more!)
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp oil (for cooking)

1. Make the garlic butter paste:
Blend or smash garlic with chili powder, chili flakes, and sugar. Mix in melted butter.

2. Cook the aromatics:
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add the garlic butter paste and sauté on medium heat for 1–2 mins.

3. Add veggies:
Toss in sliced bell pepper and red chili. Cook for another 2 mins.

4. Season:
Add soy sauce, Indomie seasoning, and a splash of hot noodle water. Let it simmer for 1–2 mins.

5. Combine:
Add the boiled noodles. Stir-fry everything for 1 min till well coated.

6. Garnish & serve:
Sprinkle chopped chives on top and enjoy! ♥️
