Boil 2 packs of Indomie for about 2 minutes, just enough to keep them chewy, not soggy.

In a bowl, mix 1 chopped red chili, a handful of chopped spring onions, 1 small diced shallot, the Indomie seasoning and oil, 1 tsp gochugaru or chili flakes, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 4-5 minced garlic cloves, and a generous squeeze of lemon juice.

Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan, sauté the garlic until golden and fragrant, then pour the hot oil over the spice mix in the bowl.
Stir in some chili crisp and extra lemon juice to taste.

Add the drained noodles, mix well until everything’s coated in the Sause, and enjoy! ♥️
