Cheesy Buldak Ramen with Mozzarella sticks

Ingredients:
2 packs Yellow Buldak Cheese Ramen
Fresh mozzarella
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup heavy cream
Fresh chives (for garnish)
Salt to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder (optional)
Fried mozzarella sticks (on the side)

1. Boil ramen until almost al dente; drain, reserving ½ cup of the cooking water.
2. In a pot over low-medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, chilli powder, salt, and flour; whisk well and cook for 1–2 minutes.
3. Slowly add heavy cream, ramen cheese powder, hot sauce, and the reserved ramen water. Stir until smooth.
4. Toss in the noodles, mix well, and top with fresh mozzarella.
5. Cover and let sit until the cheese is melted and gooey.
6. Garnish with chives and serve hot with fried mozzarella sticks on the side! ♥️
