TODAY'S REAL LIFE COCKTAIL:
The Bolero

1 1/2 oz gold rum
1/4 oz apple brandy
1/4 oz sweet vermouth

Pour into a jug with cracked ice and stir well.
Strain and pour into a 3 oz cocktail glass.

No garnish necessary but Ani likes to dress it with a candied apple slice.
