"Iryna Zaruska 23-year old Refugee Stabbed- Crowd Did NOTHING"

New footage has emerged of the brutal attack on 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska, who was fatally stabbed by DeCarlos Brown Jr. on August 22. The attack, which appeared unprovoked, was captured on security footage.

Brown allegedly used a pocketknife, later found near the train platform.
Brown was arrested at the scene and was already facing a state charge of first-degree murder.

He now faces a federal charge for causing death on a mass
transportation system, which could result in a life sentence or the death penalty.
