“Fascia is the interface of spirit animating the pattern of the matter of us,” says Joanne Avison, who returns to the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to explain that, despite what we’ve been taught, the body is not bio-mechanical and made up of three layers, but a series of spiral designs—including the heart that is the first thing to appear at conception and shape the unique individuals that we all are.
