This is a short explanation of the story of the three bankruptcies and the Benjamin Franklin Post Office that was once owned and controlled by the British, in particular the City of London Corporation. After the first bankruptcy following the Revolutionary War the old Republic owed France 1.6M Francs, and a dispute between Britain, France, and Spain. Britain paid off the loan and assumed control of the Benjamin Franklin Post Office with the King of England claiming the post of Postmaster General. Despite vowing to never accept a loan again, America went through a second bankruptcy and President Lincoln accepted a loan from the IMF. This involved slipping in a second constitution that brought America back under British rule through the Organic Act of 1871 and Washington DC was created from land donated by Virginia and Maryland, land that was foreign owned.

It was on 09 Mar 1933 when the USA went through a 3rd bankruptcy, caused by wall street deliberately causing the Great Depression of 1929, which lasted until the start of WW2, all by design of course, when the people are on their knees war seems a palatable option to exit the abject poverty. Roosevelt paid off that debt to the IMF using the people’s Gold, which was seized during the great USA Gold confiscation by way of The Emergency Banking Act; the United States then came off the Gold Standard. At the same time Britain as well as America was also conveniently bankrupted, with a bank loan secured using the citizens (Wards of the State) as collateral through the use of ‘Birth Certificates’ that made everyone “chattel”. The Birth Certificates all came in 1933, in America, Britain, and I dare say other impoverished countries due to the deliberate act of financial sabotage and plunder by the Rothschilds and other cartel families of the US Federal Reserve.

The Birth Certificates, stored in the vaults of the Vatican paved the way for the enslavement of every man, woman, and child on the planet as the Nazi Zionist communists (Khazarians) and the Jesuits, assisted by the Freemasons ,and other secret societies that worshipped the Cult of Ba’al. The media continually pushing the absolute fake history of “Black Slavery”, this is what was used to brainwash the blacks to hate white people for many, many years, yet the same media hid the white slave trade, they refused to tell the people that 78% of the Slave Ships were owned by the Jewish, not the real Jews, but the FALSE Jews, the Khazars in Ashkenazi or Sephardic identities. They never told you the Nazis were the Ashkenazi, none more so that the Galacian Ashkenazi.

The Federal Reserve was NOT Federal, and it had NO reserves; all deception, and the Jewish zionist cartels offered loans for interest, and any loans not fulfilled were simply added to the US National Debt for the “chattel” to pay through taxation. What they didn’t tell you is that your Birth Certificates were all bonded securities, traded on the New York Stock Exchange. So the cartels were getting profits through paid interest, as well as ports from not only your Cestui Que Vie Trust (CQV Trust) but also through taxation; a double-whammy. The mockingbird media constantly pushing the “paying off the National Debt” praying on the gullible by piling on shame, guilt and fear of the people and telling them “you must work harder so you do not leave your children in poverty when you die”….ironic when our children were being used as a food and sex source for the same elites.

As explained in this video, on 2nd November 1999 the 1933 bankruptcy expired and Russell-Jay Gould seized the Title 4 Flag during the 18 day window at a time when nobody owned the UNITED STATES CORPORATION or the Benjamin Franklin Post Office in Philadelphia after it became vacated. This made Russell-Jay Gould the new Postmaster General and subsequently the Commander-in-Chief of the US Military and owner of the entire continent of North America (USA and Canada). The President, Bill Clinton unknowingly became the “Administrator” as he was away in Kosovo at the time; there was in this case no “Trustee” as there was no longer any bankruptcy.

It is no surprise why, since 2nd November 1999 that the deep-state began pushing Agenda 21 very hard, and perhaps why 9/11 was carried out and the demonic cloak covered the world in order to rush in the New World Order of the Fourth Reich.
