A Sight For Sore Eyes

It's always heart breaking to receive a truly beautiful painting that has suffered a massive trauma. To witness the degradation of the labors of the artist, the memory of the sitter and the heartbreak of the owner makes the job of conserving these artworks that much more meaningful. And while this painting is in dire need of rescue, we know that once complete, it will in fact be a sight for sore eyes.
