Eitan Rose , consultant rheumatologist at St.Judes Hospital in Paddington is returning to work after a four month break. His return to work is not great ,his office has been reorganised , there is a pile of administration tasks to do and to add to his problems , his nemesis , Medical Director Douglas Moran will sit in on Eitan's first clinic to ensure that he is fit to return to work.
When Douglas Moran dies suddenly from a heart attack , Eitan is not convinced that it is due to natural causes knowing Moran to be fit and able.
Eitan suspects foul play and begins to investigate despite his friends , the police and the coroner assuming that there is nothing odd in Moran's demise.
