Build A Big Chest and Front Delts!

Hey Y'all! It's time for another early morning workout. This time we will focus on Chest and Front Delts.

We will hit chest with exercises that cover all the angles. This way we stimulate the maximum number of muscle fibers. Then we will finish up with Cable Front Raise to hit the stretch and contracted position for front delts. The midrange position for delts was hit with the pressing exercises for chest.

All in all, a fairly quick workout...BUT quick doesn't mean easy!
