Rasmussen Poll: Americans Don't Trust Voting Machines

Mark Mitchell, head pollster at Rasmussen Poll, revealed on LindelITV that 64% of U.S. likely voters are concerned electronic voting systems could be manipulated remotely.

That includes:
- Nearly 80% of Republicans
- A majority of Democrats
- And most Independents
Mark Mitchell said Americans overwhelmingly believe machines make cheating easier and want paper ballots, audits, and voter ID to secure elections.

He also warned Republicans that despite President Trump’s gains with younger voters, GOP leaders are stuck in "grift mode" while Gen Z leans toward socialism. Without real election reforms and a strategy to reach younger voters, Republicans risk losing ground in 2026.
