Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, was assassinated at an event in Utah. He was shot in the neck while speaking at an event for students at Utah Valley University. We’re still waiting for more details, but here’s what we know so far.

The federal government has now stepped in to charge Decarlos Brown Jr. with the murder of Iryna Zarutska on a train in Charlotte. The killing is quickly turning into a broad rejection of soft-on-crime policies across the nation.
